We’re a 100% Foster and Volunteer-Based Rescue
HWMAR is made up of a coalition of volunteers and professionals—including rescuers, transporters, fosters, veterinarians, investigators and rescue partners—that advocate for and help save homeless animals throughout the State of Illinois and beyond.
Every dollar raised through donations, events and fundraising efforts is a direct contribution to safely transport and properly care for all of our animals.
