National Wreaths Across America Day is just around the corner — Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Dundee Township Cemeteries East & West.

Help us say Thank You to our American Heroes.

True Patriots Care is seeking sponsorships for wreaths that will be placed on veterans’ graves during a nationwide remembrance ceremony at the East and West Dundee Cemeteries on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

There are approximately 2,700 veterans laid to rest in these cemeteries, and it is our goal to honor each and every one.

Each wreath is only $17, and for every wreath sponsored, Hoof Woof & Meow Animal Rescue will receive $5 to help continue their mission of saving animals in need.
